Cooltech RTU OAT long life coolant is a premium ready-to-use antifreeze and anti-boil coolant for automotive and heavy-duty diesel engines. It requires no dilution — simply pour and go. As a result, there is no risk of incorrect mixing ratios or using poor quality water. Cooltech RTU OAT long life coolant is pre-mixed to a 50% concentration for maximum protection straight out of the bottle.

Unlike conventional coolants, Cooltech uses an OAT (Organic Acid Technology) formula. Because of this, it is silicate-free, which improves water pump seal life and reduces scale build-up. It is compatible with aluminium, copper/brass, and mixed-metal cooling systems. In addition, it protects against corrosion, cavitation, and cylinder liner pitting — common failure points in diesel engines.

At a 50% pre-mix concentration, Cooltech RTU OAT long life coolant provides freeze protection to -34°C and a boiling point of 176°C neat. It lasts up to 5 years or 1,000,000 km — making it one of the longest service life coolants available. It is suitable for passenger vehicles, light commercial vehicles, heavy-duty trucks, mining equipment, and industrial diesel engines.
